English class (first entry)

My name is Javiera but people call me Alegría. I was born and raised in Chile and I've been living in Maipú since I can remember. My dad has always worked in the music industry and he would spend most of his time away from home, in tours around the world, when I was a kid. So we moved to Mexico for a few years back when I was 6 years old. There I actually learned to write in English before I could write in Spanish since I was admited in second grade  and not in first. (yet that doesn't mean I mastered it)

Back in Chile I studied my whole school years in the same boring (quite snob) private school, and to be honest, there are not many good things I can write about it. Thankfully I got into the university, I'm a sophomore in filmmaking, and so far I love it.

My hobbies don't include watching movies actually, I love spending time with my two pet rats Paquita la del Barrio and Leoparda. Also, I'm totally devoted to my cat Bosco and I spend most of the time taking him pictures and sewing toys for my ratties. I'm opening an online shop for rat owners and rodent lovers in a few weeks, I've been working on it and already have lots of hand-made hammocks on stock, so if you know somebody who likes rats pleaaase let me know.

The rest of my so called free time I spend it on playing Pokemon, a medicine related research, hoping to find a cause for hallucinations that I've been having for 3 years now, and trying to learn Swedish while studying 2 hours away from home.
